New Strategic Plan

In defining its next three-year plan, Jesuit Education Australia is focused on deepening relationships, furthering its mission and inspiring future leaders.

 JOURNEYING WITH YOUTH

Jesuit Education Australia is very pleased to share its new Strategic Plan for the years 2023 – 2025. In embarking on the next three years in the mission of Jesuit education, JEA has a renewed strategic commitment to continue to deepen connections and relationships, further its mission and strengthen collaboration and formation of future leaders.

The Strategy is firmly grounded in JEA’s Mission:

The Mission of JEA is to nurture Jesuit and Companion College education ministries as Catholic institutions within the tradition of St Ignatius, where the ethos and identity of each College reflects the spirituality of Ignatius’s Spiritual Exercises and the Jesuit and Ignatian tradition and is in conformity with the doctrine, rites, and practices of the Catholic church.

The Strategy also highlights the continuing importance of JEA’s Five Priorities:

  • Deepen Engagement with Ignatian Spirituality

  • Advance the Safety and Dignity of All

  • Give Contemporary Expression to Jesuit Education

  • Strengthen Partnerships in Mission, and

  • Governing for Mission

All College communities are united by the distinctiveness of Jesuit education. JEA welcomes the opportunity to accompany all those involved in Jesuit education for the next 3 years through its renewed commitment to mission in the JEA Strategic Plan 2023-2025.
