St Canice Church is near the centre of Sydney in Kings Cross. It serves the adjacent area of Elizabeth Bay.
It is home to the offices of Jesuit Refugee Service, to Canice's Kitchen and the Blaiket retreat house.
St Canice's is part of the archdiocese of Sydney.

St Aloysius' Parish serves the Clare Valley, north of Adelaide, South Australia. The first Jesuit settlement in Australia, Sevenhill is a spiritual centre (CIS) and popular with tourists for its church and famous wine cellars, the first in the valley.

Mt Druitt Sydney, NSW
The Bishop of Parramatta, Kevin Manning, has placed Holy Family parish in the care of the Jesuits and has appointed Edward Dooley as parish priest from 1 August 2008. Pat Mullins has been working in the parish for some time, building on the work done by Brendan Kelly, Ross Jones, Iain Radvan and many other Jesuits and companions who have worked over the years in western Sydney.

A Jesuit has been taken on as parish priest at Holy Spirit in Casuarina, located in a major retail area in the northern suburbs of Darwin. The parish has a covenant with the St Martin de Porres community, which is associated with the Aboriginal Catholic chaplaincy in Darwin.
